The Bush Crime Family's Other War: Taliban To Fight During Afghan Winter
Jihad Unspun - A Clear View On The US War On "Terrorism":
Responding to US puppet Hamid Karzai, the Taliban said it was impossible to negotiate when Afghanistan was under occupation and that holding talks with the occupiers amounted to surrendering the country.
'There can be no talks with the Afghan puppet government in the presence of foreign occupying forces. Hamid Karzai and his colleagues should first free themselves from the slavery of foreign infidels and then invite us for negotiations.'
Early Monday, Mullah Omar, who is now believed to be positioned near Quetta in the Balochistan province pledged that the movement would escalate its offensive to a 'surprising level' as winter draws closer, a time when fighting traditionally comes to a halt.
'By the will of Allah, the fight will intensify in the coming few months,' he said in an Arabic Internet statement 'Our predictions about the war have proved right in the past. I am confident that our fight will gain a strong foothold in the near future.' He also reiterated his earlier threat to prosecute Karzai in an Islamic court for the 'massacre' of Afghans as well as appealing to local Afghans to support the Taliban effort to “expel the infidel just as we did to the Soviets” and congratulated the Mujahideen of Iraq for their steadfastness in the jihad.
